To enhance the sales and marketing efforts for New Haven Assisted Living & Memory Care, my team and I decided to repurpose a number of underutilized legacy documents. We transformed three key assets from their physical archives into a series of downloadable lead magnets.

I was responsible for the art direction and execution, using InDesign to transform the three documents into a series of interactive PDFs. This digital approach created a more compelling and user-friendly experience, effectively converting interest into a consistent stream of qualified leads.
